Texas M&A Volume, 2024–2025

We tracked 47 closed transactions in Texas in 2025, up from 38 in 2024. The acceleration is concentrated in the $5–15M revenue band — operators large enough to represent meaningful acquisition targets, small enough that PE platforms can absorb them without a formal process.

Four buyers account for 61% of closed volume: Rentokil (11), Rollins/Orkin (9), Anticimex (7), and Arrow Exterminators (5). The remaining 15 transactions were split across 12 other buyers — suggesting the top-4 consolidation dynamic is intensifying.
