Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RollupIntel (available at rollupintel.com), operated by RollupIntel LLC ("RollupIntel," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the service, creating an account, or subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accessing the service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Service description

RollupIntel provides a subscription-based data intelligence platform aggregating publicly available licensing, regulatory, and business information about pest control operators in the United States, beginning with Texas. The platform includes operator records, revenue estimates, M&A signal scores, a weekly brief newsletter, and associated analytical tools.

3. Data license and permitted use

Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these Terms, RollupIntel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use RollupIntel data for your own internal business purposes, including business development, market research, investment analysis, and sales prospecting.

Permitted: Viewing, downloading, and using operator records, signal scores, and deal data for internal business purposes; sharing specific records internally within your organization; using RollupIntel analysis as a source citation in internal reports and memos.

Not permitted without written consent: Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or publishing RollupIntel data to third parties; creating derivative datasets for commercial resale; incorporating RollupIntel data into a competing product; bulk downloading or automated extraction of data beyond the export features provided by the platform.

4. Accuracy and disclaimers

RollupIntel data is provided for informational purposes only. Revenue estimates, M&A signal scores, employee count estimates, and valuation ranges are derived from public records and proprietary modeling — they are analytical estimates, not appraisals, audited financial statements, investment recommendations, or guarantees of any kind.

RollupIntel makes no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data in the platform. Data sources (government licensing registries, SBA filings, DOT records) are updated on their own schedules and may contain errors. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before making business decisions based on it.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access through the date you've paid for.

Refunds are available on request for annual subscriptions if requested within 7 days of the most recent charge and the subscriber has not exceeded 5 export operations in the billing period. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use RollupIntel to:

• Spam, harass, or contact individuals listed in our database in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download RollupIntel data outside of provided export features
• Circumvent or disable any access controls, rate limits, or security features
• Create a competing product or service using RollupIntel data or methodology
• Share your account credentials with individuals outside your organization
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law

7. Intellectual property

RollupIntel retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, including the signal scoring methodology, data aggregation system, platform software, and all associated analytics. The underlying public records that compose our database are not proprietary, but our compilation, enrichment, structuring, and scoring of those records constitute original intellectual property protected by copyright and database rights.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in RollupIntel's trademarks, logos, or service marks. Feedback you provide about the service may be used by RollupIntel without restriction or compensation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RollupIntel's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the service — regardless of the theory of liability — is limited to the amount you paid to RollupIntel in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

RollupIntel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if RollupIntel has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time as described in Section 5. RollupIntel may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, including unauthorized redistribution of data or abuse of platform systems. Upon termination, your license to access RollupIntel data ends immediately. Sections 3, 4, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.

10. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support@rollupintel.com.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
