What happens at the end of my trial?
Your account pauses. We don't auto-charge. If you want to continue, you'll get a one-click upgrade. If not, you can keep the weekly brief free for two more weeks while you decide — we'd rather earn the spend than catch you by surprise.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual saves ~17% (10 months at the monthly rate). For firms committing to 5+ seats, we also offer custom terms on Industry. Contact sales@pestbrief.com.
How is this different from a list scraped from Yelp?
We don't scrape. Every record is triangulated against state licensing registries, DOT registrations, SBA filings, and direct operator survey. Each field is tagged with a confidence tier. See the full methodology.
Do you sell exports of the full database?
No. We don't believe a static dump serves anyone well — the data decays faster than the export ages. The Industry tier supports webhook delivery and unlimited paginated exports against a live API, which is functionally equivalent and stays current.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans cancel and pro-rate within the first 30 days. No questions.
Is my saved-list activity visible to operators?
No. Operators can request their own record and see what's in it (it's their data), but they can't see which firms are watching them. We don't sell the watcher graph, and we don't surface it inside the product.
What states do you cover?
As of Q2 2026: TX, CA, FL, GA, NC, SC, LA. AL, TN, KY are in beta and will be promoted with the July methodology update. Full national coverage is planned for Q1 2027.
