Who uses RollupIntel

Built for three buyer types.

PE acquirers

See which operators are approaching exit 6–18 months before they go to market.

  • Licence lapses and non-renewals surface operators winding down or already absorbed
  • Licence issue dates establish operator tenure, which is a core input to acquisition screening
  • County-level concentration shows where route density is achievable and where it is not
  • SBA filings, officer changes, and hiring velocity are on the signal roadmap, not live today
Chemical & supply vendors

Map whitespace in your distribution network. Find operators not yet in your channel.

  • Filter by licence category to identify termite-endorsed operators where your active ingredient is most relevant
  • Geographic filtering by county lets you target whitespace precisely
  • Licence issue dates show which operators are newly established and not yet committed to a supplier
  • Licence status flags operators whose registration has lapsed, so reps do not chase dead accounts
Field service SaaS

Target pest control operators actively investing in operations and technology.

  • Licence category breadth is a usable proxy for operational complexity when sizing an FSM opportunity
  • New licence issuance identifies operators entering a scaling phase
  • The responsible applicator of record gives you a named contact at every licensed business
  • County coverage lets you build territory models against the real operator universe
The data layer

Six sources, one operator record.

RollupIntel aggregates public licensing, regulatory, and business data into a single operator record. Each record is continuously updated as underlying sources change.

Confidence tiers (A/B/C) indicate source reliability. A-confidence data comes from official regulatory filings; B-confidence from enrichment sources; C-confidence from inference and indirect signals.

TDA
Texas Dept of Agriculture A

Structural pest control licensee registry — the canonical source for every licensed commercial pest control business in Texas. This is the live base layer.

FMCSA
DOT Federal Motor Carrier Planned

Vehicle registrations and fleet data for commercial operators, for truck count and fleet growth signals.

SBA
SBA Loan Filings Planned

7(a) and 504 loan filings linked to pest control operators — a leading indicator of expansion, acquisition, or liquidity events.

SOS
TX Secretary of State Planned

Business entity registrations, officer changes, and registered agent data. Officer changes are a primary ownership transition signal.

GMB
Google Places & Maps Planned

Business listings, phone numbers, websites, review counts, and operational status signals for enrichment.

Jobs
Job posting aggregation Planned

Indeed and LinkedIn posting velocity by operator. Hiring spikes above the trailing 90-day average would be a growth and pre-acquisition signal.

Operator database

3,853 licensed Texas pest control businesses, taken straight from the TDA Structural Pest Control Service licence file. Search by business name and filter by county or licence status. Every field is a licence-file field — nothing here is modelled or enriched.

Includes legal business name, DBA, county, licence number, licence status, service categories, issue and expiry dates, and the responsible applicator of record. Revenue and employee counts are not published, because the registry does not contain them.

Licence events live

M&A signal engine

Signals built from public filings — licence events, officer changes, SBA filings and hiring activity — to surface operators approaching a transition. Licence events are live today; the remaining signal sources are being added.

Signal roadmap: licence issuance and lapse (live), officer changes, SBA filings, hiring spikes, and fleet expansion.

M&A signal scoring · in development

How scoring will work.

Signal scoring is not live yet. The design below is what we are building toward: a 0–100 composite drawn from public filings, licence-status changes, and registry movement, so a score can always be traced back to the records behind it.

We will publish the full signal list and its weighting when it ships. Until then the product is the licence data itself, which is live for Texas today.

85–100
Strong multi-signal
SBA filing + officer change + hiring spike. High conviction.
70–84
Active signals
One or two confirmed signals. Worth active monitoring.
50–69
Early indicators
Soft signals — fleet growth, job posting increase, site changes.
0–49
No current signal
No tracked signals. Not approaching exit in near term.
