City is the business's permit address, joined from the Texas Comptroller sales tax file, because the licence file records county only. It resolves for 1,666 of 3,853 operators (43%). A permit address can sit in a different county from the licence, and where a business trades from several cities we withhold the city rather than pick one. "Not matched" means no confident match, not an absent business.

What this search covers
Every business holding a current commercial structural pest control licence in Texas, as published by the Texas Department of Agriculture, Structural Pest Control Service (SPCS). The registry records county rather than city, so results are grouped by county. It does not contain revenue, employee counts, or phone numbers, so this product does not publish them.
The category letters (P, T, L, W, C, S, D) are the agency's own codes, shown exactly as the licence file publishes them. That file ships no legend, so we do not expand them into service names we would be guessing at. Licence status is derived from the published expiry date, since the file records an expiry rather than a status flag.
