Texas M&A Volume, 2024–2025

Texas licence data shows 281 new commercial structural pest control licences issued in the last twelve months across 201 counties — a measure of how much new capacity is entering the market, and where.

The active acquirer set in Texas is small and identifiable: Rentokil, Rollins, Anticimex and Aptive at national scale, with regional platforms beneath them. Most tuck-in transactions are never announced, so any published deal count understates true volume — we report the buyer set and their stated criteria rather than a precise tally we cannot source.

On pricing, the honest position is that pest control transaction terms are overwhelmingly private. Rather than publish a median multiple we cannot source, the briefing sets out the factors that actually move price: recurring revenue share, route density, category mix and deal structure.
